Louie has often been called the Nostradamus of the coffee industry. He has the scary knack of foreseeing how the coffee industry will evolve and it is this perceptive characteristic, that led to the creation of Espresso Service. This was the UK’s first, stand alone, totally independent and impartial coffee equipment service company. Louie also offers industry consultancy
Lisa Osborne
Customer DIRECTOR
Lisa has worked in the coffee industry since 1991 and for Louie since 1998 when her now strapping sons were only four and one. Over the years, Lisa has been involved with all aspects of the business and she is very much Louie’s right hand woman. She is totally customer focused and exceeds expectations being dedicated to ensuring they all get exceptional support in running their business.
Daniel Sewell
C.O.O
Dan joined Espresso Service in 2014 having spent a number of years working for Starbucks Coffee Company and Costa. He began his career in the coffee sector making cappuccinos and lattes at a Costa store in Gloucester and since then he has been a Store Manager, Operations Manager, Licensed store district manager, programme Manager and now is responsible for the day to day operations of Espresso Service as our COO. Some of his career highlights to date include Opening the first Starbucks store in Amsterdam and Sweden, opening the first Franchised licensed store globally for Starbucks and project managing the development of the Starbucks on the Go platform that you see throughout the UK and EMEA. Some of the things that Dan has been involved in since joining Espresso Service are ~ the implementation of a totally different service management package, launch and continued management and development of Espresso Service Ireland and the launch of an entirely new IoT product ~ Hydracs. Dan has recently been recognised as on of the top 20 field service executives driving our industry forward through innovation by Field Service News.
Matthew Salvoni
Service Director
Matt started at Espresso Service at the age of 16 , sweeping the warehouse floor and making teas and coffee for staff members. He worked his way through all departments within the company starting with spare-parts which helped him tounderstand how to identify parts and what they did. Following this he was promoted to warehouse manager and also spent time on the road with engineers , giving him a good understanding of the issues they come across on a day to day basis. He then moved into the service department as an admin assistant taking service calls and dealing with planned maintenance scheduling. With such a good rounded experience in all aspects of the business, Matt was offered the role as Service Manager and has recently been promoted to Service Director. Matt comes from a family of 4 boys , he has 2 children and spends most of his free time with them and playing football whenever he gets the chance.
Quinny De Luca
Operations Director
Quinney has over 35 years experience in operations and logistics management and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport. He joined the team in 1999 and has responsibility for spares inventory, purchasing, fleet management, HR and health and safety for the company. Or to put it another way……. all the things the rest of the team don’t want to do end up on his desk.
Kevin Towers
Technical Director
Kevin’s technical know how and expertise of coffee equipment is second to none. He leads a dedicated bunch of coffee engineers who know their beans and there isn’t a machine he hasn’t got his hands on. If you need your espresso machine fixed or serviced he is the man to call!
